MEMC Korea’s customized training programs

  • 01 We provide "in-house specialized courses on wafer manufacturing process technology and equipment technology," which are arranged into "basic-advanced" phases. In addition, to ensure the smooth operation of each course, we have trained numerous in-house instructors who are capable of offering detailed lectures.
  • 02 All executives and employees are required to complete ‘education credits’ every year. Individual education credits are tracked and maintained as goal management items for personnel evaluations.
