This is Chan-rae Cho, CEO of MEMC Korea.

MEMC Korea was established in 1990 as a joint venture by and among Pohang Steel, Samsung Electronics, and MEMC of the United States with the goal of localizing silicon wafers for semiconductors and reliably supplying high-quality semiconductor materials.

For the past 30 years, MEMC Korea has concentrated on the steady expansion and advancement of the semiconductor sector. We produce a variety of semiconductor wafers, including 200/300mm polished wafers and Epi wafers, and supply them to customers across the world as the top supplier of silicon wafers in Korea.

MEMC Korea will unceasingly make its efforts for change and innovation to further solidify its position as a global semiconductor advanced materials company by conducting continuous research and development and constructing cutting-edge automated production lines based on the global advanced technology it has developed over the past 60 years.

In addition, all executives and employees of MEMC Korea will strive to put ESG principles into practice for sustainable management.
