The information to be collected is ‘name and e-mail number’. If you do not wish to provide personal information, you can report it in an 'anonymous' manner.
However, if you report in an anonymous manner, there may be restrictions on handling, such as confirmation of receipt of the report and a reward for reporting.

Purpose of collection and use of personal information The purpose of collecting and using personal information is to further investigate reported issues, notify the acceptance of reports, offer rewards for reporting, and perform other business as required.

Processing and retention period of personal information In principle, personal information collected through MEMC Korea's compliant reporting system is retained for one year after the report case is fully resolved. However, exceptions can be made in cases where separate retention is required, such as when offering a reward for reporting.

Personal information items to be collected and how to collect In order to process the report, the informant's personal information may be provided to the relevant company. If you refuse to consent to such provisions, you can only report in an anonymous manner.
